Socialite Jasmine Hartin has been seen enjoying a beach snuggle with her new mystery man.
Ms Hartin was spared jail after she accidentally shot dead a police chief in Belize during a drinking session.
Now new photos show her smiling and laughing in the sunshine out in the Turkish and Caicos Islands as she holds hands with her new man.
Carlos Duverge, a 30-year-old electrician, is understood to be coupled up with the 34-year-old, having got together with her a month after she was sentenced for the manslaughter of Superintendent Henry Jemmott last June.
Hartin pleaded guilty and was given a non-custodial sentence after she shot the 42-year-old in the head with his own gun in May 2021 during a late-night drinking session on a pier.
She insisted the father-of-five was killed 'by accident' and that she did not realise his service pistol was loaded at the time.

A source close to the pair said Hartin's new love 'couldn't be more of a contrast' from her ex, Andrew Ashcroft, the son of billionaire Tory donor Lord Michael Ashcroft.
The manslaughter case brought about the end of their relationship and the pair are currently in a bitter custody battle over their seven-year-old twins, Charlie and Elle.
According to the source, Hartin is smitten with Duverge, who has an athletic build and more than 6ft tall.
'Compared to her ex, he doesn't have much, but he makes her happy.
'He's a traditional type who likes to take care of his lady and is very chivalrous.'
Alongside the custody battle, Hartin is still facing a wrongful death suit brought by Jemmott's family, as well as drug and assault charges related to her arrest.

According to the source, Hartin is concerned about the months ahead.
'Jasmine is terrified of going back to Belize,' they revealed.
In an interview with Dailymail.com last month, Hartin said she currently is working on a sustainable housing project and wants to rebuild herself in the real estate business.
She said: 'I'm with my mom. I feel a lot more settled. I've been healing from the whole trauma of everything that's happened.
'I'm pursuing a new development in the Turks and Caicos.'
Asked whether she had met anyone else, she said: 'I have no time or interest in having a love life or a personal life right now. I'm very much married to my children.'
Hartin enjoyed an opulent expat lifestyle until Jemmott, 42, was found floating dead in the Caribbean Sea in May 2021.
The father-of-five was killed by a bullet to the head while enjoying a late-night drink on a secluded pier near the Ashcrofts' five-star Alaia Belize hotel on the island of Ambergris Caye.
In an interview in 2022 with discovery+, the Canadian-born socialite told of her regret at initially making up a story that he had been shot by a man in a passing boat, saying she had lied out of panic and fear.
Hartin insisted that she and Supt Jemmott were only friends rather than lovers, even though her relationship with Lord Ashcroft's son Andrew was disintegrating at the time.
She said the Belizean police chief had earlier shown her his Glock 17 pistol while advising her to get a gun to defend herself after she was the victim of an attempted sexual assault.
Hartin claimed that Supt Jemmott had invited her and partner Andrew, 44, the son of the former Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party, for a drink as he was staying nearby

Hartin told how the off-duty police chief, nicknamed 'King', had made the fatal decision to take along his gun, after returning to his room to fetch it as they made their way to the pier.
She said: 'He grabbed it before we went out and I remember making a joke with him about it, like, 'We're just going right here, there's security here, like you don't need it', But he brought it anyways.'
The Canadian was arrested several times over the shooting, and again in May 2022 when she was accused of trying to orchestrate 'hits' on Belize Police Commissioner Chester Williams and the magistrate overseeing her child custody battle.
Police later admitted those allegations lacked any evidence and in April last year Hartin believed the worst of her legal woes were behind her when she pleaded guilty to manslaughter by negligence to avoid a custodial sentence.
She has paid the £29,000 ($37,000 US) fine handed down by Justice Ricardo Sandcroft, which was a record sum for a criminal case in Belize.
Hartin also recorded an audio clip discussing the 'dangers of drinking and making foolish decisions' which will be turned into a public service video outlining the dangers of mixing alcohol and firearms.
Lord Ashcroft's son Andrew ended his relationship with Hartin shortly after the incident in 2021
